How To Become A Deadbeat In Luzerne County Without Really Even Trying
Introduction
The purpose of this blog is to explain my side of my affiliation with the Domestic Relations Section of Luzerne County, PA, (DRS), how my support officers abused their authority by continually refusing to reduce my child support " despite my liberal visitation", keeping my child support anywhere from 55%-80% of my gross income, by using the contempt complaint as a weapon, by lying under oath and committing crimes like FRAUD with the belief that they are protected by PA Act 42 and can do as they wish without consequence.
Since 1993 I have been imploring my support officers to consider how their excessive child support has both an immediate and long-term effect on my children to no avail. They continued to make life impossible for me with total disregard for my children.
My numerous complaints to the Director of DRS James Davis, Judge Muroski, District Attorneys Olzewski, Lupas, Musto-Carroll & Salavantis were ignored just as complaints in the CASH-FOR-KIDS scandal were ignored. Similar complaints to President Judges, County Commissioners and PA State Attorney Generals were also ignored as well as complaints to the PA Disciplinary Board.
In the 80's & 90's many top colleges and universities were publishing studies to show that children of divorce had an greater chance of being involved in the criminal system. Sadly, my daughters are an example of those studies and intend to show that DRS contributed immensely to their problems.
Ruining my life is one thing but ruining my daughters' lives is quite another. I will continue to pursue these individuals until they are held responsible for their actions.
